What to Expect

At Oliver Parks, we reward talent. We want each and every new Associate to progress and help our business grow over the long term. 

Finding the best people for clients that need specific skill sets is challenging. Your days are typically fast-paced and demanding.  But they are also fun. You will be meeting new people, developing your network and celebrating successes. We don't require you to sit behind a desk all day. Some of what you do is best done in the office, but it is also important that you go out to meet with clients and candidates when required. 

We provide training on search-based recruitment techniques, our approach, Oliver Park's systems and other key skills you will need to do your job. You do not need a background in recruiting to join our team. We have trained many of our best consultants from entry-level Associate positions.
