Josie started just over three years ago as an intern doing part-time research alongside her degree and since then has been promoted 3 times. She moved into a talent acquisition role at OP during the pandemic and then moved into a full-time consultant role February last year.
Her focus is sourcing hard-to-find NetSuite talent in the US and Canada, and creating long-lasting business development relationships in Finland, for the Cloud market. What she loves most about recruitment is the constant development and the fact that no two days are the same! When she is not working, Josie enjoys socialising with friends, cooking, and exploring what London has to offer.
